If we do not supply you your visa invitation by the date we agree with you we will simply refund you the fee you have paid.  Our guarantee is that simple. 

If you have a complaint please send it to complaints@visaable.com asking for a refund and quoting your reference number.

Consulates on rare occasions may decline visa applications without explanation, for which we cannot be held responsible. Some countries may request originals or faxed copies of the invitation, which we are happy to arrange (the fax copies we will send free of charge). For this reason we recommend you use a known and trusted local agent when applying for your visa to avoid disappointment. Different Russian Consulates apply different rules and they can vary at short notice.
