1. PROVIDERS OF THIS
SERVICE:
1/1. Visaable.com provides Russian Visa Invitations. Visaable.com does NOT provide Russian visas. Visas are
provided by Russian Consulate directly or via the use of a third party
agency.
1/2. Visaable.com provides its clients travel
consultancy, which is part of the visa invitation cost.
1/3. Visaable.com does
not own any of its partner travel agencies through which it provides visa
support services but will always endeavour to ensure the services are to a high
standard.
1/4. Visaable.com reserves the right to change these Terms &
Conditions at any time.
2. THE ORDER PROCESS:
2/1. Visaable.com undertakes to keep
confidential all the information provided by clients but will need to provide
information to the authorities as necessary.
2/2. Visaable.com provides all services
according to its price list valid on the day of accepting the customer's order.
2/3. Prepayment is required for every order (with the exception of corporate
clients who have signed a contract with Visaa ble.com ).
2/4. Once the order is accepted and paid by the customer, the fee is to be paid
for the order. Cancellation is not possible once the order has been paid
for.
2/5. Visaable.com is not responsible
for any delays or errors in visa support invitation made by Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of Russian Federation or by Ministry of Domestic Affairs of Russian
Federation or by Russian Consulate. Nor is Visaable.com responsible for
refused entry to Russian on any grounds relating to the past history of the
client.
2/6. The money back guarantee and any responsibility of Visaable.com is strictly limited to
the price of the service paid for and in the provision of an invitation.
2/7. It is the
responsibility of the client to choose the invitation and visa product that
suits their needs best
2/8. Visaable.com reserves the right to decline to provide services without explanation.
2/9. Visaable.com will register the visa
of the client on arrival on the condition that Russian migration and registration
procedure has been correctly followed. Please see registration page for
